A growing ABA organization is seeking an experienced and compassionate BCBA/LBA to join the clinical team. This role involves providing high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children across home and school settings while collaborating closely with families, RBTs, and multidisciplinary teams.
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
Oversee and supervise RBTs and/or behavior technicians, including ongoing training and performance feedback
Deliver direct ABA services as needed and ensure treatment fidelity
Monitor client progress through data collection, analysis, and program modification
Collaborate with families, educators, and related service providers to support client goals
Participate in IEP meetings, school consultations, and team meetings as required
Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with BACB, state, and payer requirements
Adhere to ethical standards and best practices as outlined by the BACB
