The ideal candidate brings deep RCM experience within ABA therapy billing, strong managerial skills, and an ability to scale processes through automation and global workforce integration (India and Colombia).

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage all day-to-day operations of the RCM business supporting ABA providers.

• Directly oversee, mentor, and develop a team of five billing specialists.

• Manage state-specific billing for ABA services, including four primary billing codes.

• Implement process improvements to increase speed, accuracy, and cash flow.

• Identify and drive automation opportunities across the revenue cycle.

• Build and manage teams offshore (India, Colombia) to support scaling needs.

• Create reporting, KPIs, and operational dashboards to support executive decision-making.

• Partner closely with the CEO to remove operational bottlenecks and enable the CEO’s focus on new business development.

• Ensure compliance with state Medicaid rules, payer requirements, and ABA billing guidelines.
