• Lead the full revenue cycle process from referral intake through payment

resolution.

• Oversee benefits verification, prior authorizations, financial clearance, billing,

coding, claims, collections, denials, and appeals.

• Build scalable workflows, SOPs, dashboards, quality checks, and escalation

processes.

• Manage and develop team members supporting intake, authorization, billing,

coding, collections, and AR follow-up.

• Monitor key metrics including days in AR, denial rate, clean claim rate, cash

collections, authorization turnaround time, and net collection rate.

• Partner with clinical and operations teams to ensure documentation supports

accurate billing and timely reimbursement.

• Identify payer, process, documentation, and system issues that impact

reimbursement and lead improvement efforts.

• Provide oversight to payer enrollment, credentialing, contracting, fee schedule

review, and new-site launch readiness.

• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, CMS, payer requirements, billing rules, and internal

policies.
