Lume does not guarantee any job placement, interview, employment outcome, or engagement.

2. Eligibility

By using the Platform, you confirm that you are:

• At least 18 years of age, and

• Legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

If you submit information on behalf of an employer or organization, you represent that you have authority to do so.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful or harmful purpose

• Circumvent, disable, or disrupt security or functionality

• Copy, scrape, or misuse Platform content

• Impersonate any person or entity

• Submit misleading, false, or unauthorized information

We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms.

4. Candidate Information

Candidates may submit resumes, career history, or other professional information (“Candidate Information”).

By submitting Candidate Information, you:

• Grant Lume permission to review and evaluate it

• Consent to being contacted regarding potential opportunities

• Allow Lume to share relevant portions of your information with potential employers only with your prior consent

We do not distribute Candidate Information without permission.

5. Client Engagements

Companies engaging Lume for executive search or advisory work (“Client Services”) must enter into a separate written agreement.

That agreement governs:

• Fees

• Scope of work

• Deliverables

• Confidentiality

• Legal compliance

If these Terms conflict with a Client Agreement, the Client Agreement prevails.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform—design, graphics, text, branding, images, and underlying technology—is owned by Lume or its licensors.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without written permission.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

By using the Platform, you consent to our data practices.

8. Third-Party Links

• That any client will hire a candidate or that any candidate will receive employment

• Loss of profits, business, or data

• Errors, interruptions, or unauthorized access

• Outcomes of hiring or placement processes

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid (if any) to access the Platform.

You agree to indemnify and hold Lume harmless from any claims arising from:
