Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify talent pools and target companies

• Build longlists and support shortlisting through structured evaluations

• Manage candidate outreach and communication

• Support consultants through research briefs, talent insights, and reports

• Maintain accurate data across search pipelines

• Prepare search materials, including position profiles and client updates

Minimum Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in research, recruitment, HR, or similar analytical roles

• Strong research and information-synthesis skills

• Excellent communication and writing abilities

• High attention to detail and data accuracy

• Proficiency with modern productivity tools and CRM systems

• Fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with senior-level or technical roles

• Background in consulting, HR research, or executive search

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
