Our client is seeking a CEO to lead and scale an early-stage financial operations platform serving home care, home health, and hospice providers. This leader will own strategy, P&L, pricing, operations, and team-building while driving growth alongside a technical counterpart and experienced healthcare operators.
The Chief Executive Officer will lead a specialized financial operations and payroll platform serving home care, home health, and hospice providers. This early-stage leadership role is responsible for defining the company’s service model, pricing strategy, go-to-market approach, and operational structure while partnering closely with a technical counterpart and experienced healthcare operators driving consistent lead flow. The CEO will guide overall organizational strategy, own financial outcomes, and build a scalable operating framework that supports sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Set and execute the company’s strategic vision, growth roadmap, and operating priorities.
Own the P&L, financial planning, budgeting, margin optimization, and cash-flow performance.
Shape service offerings, establish pricing structures, and lead complex negotiations.
Drive B2B sales initiatives, cultivate strong relationships with founders and healthcare operators, and convert inbound lead flow.
Oversee multistate payroll, Medicaid billing, and healthcare financial operations strategies.
Design and implement scalable SOPs across service delivery, operations, and compliance.
Recruit, manage, and develop high-performing teams across functions.
Partner closely with technical leadership to enhance systems, automation, and operational efficiency.
Uphold regulatory compliance across multistate payroll and EVV-related requirements.
Foster a culture of accountability, high agency, and strong execution.
Qualifications
Proven executive leadership experience with direct ownership of outcomes.
Strong command of P&L management, margins, and cash-flow dynamics.
Experience shaping service models, pricing, and contracting.
Demonstrated success selling B2B services and partnering with founders.
Deep understanding of healthcare financial operations, including billing and payroll.
Multistate operational experience strongly preferred.
Background in building and scaling SOPs in growing organizations.
Track record of hiring, developing, and leading high-performance teams.
High agency and desire for equity-level upside in an early-stage environment.
