Manage 2–3 concurrent construction projects from pre-construction through closeout

Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for owners, subcontractors, inspectors, and vendors

Develop, maintain, and update project schedules, budgets, and work plans

Coordinate daily on-site operations, including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors

Ensure compliance with plans, specifications, building codes, and safety regulations

Conduct regular site walks to monitor progress, quality, and safety Identify potential risks, delays, or cost overruns and implement corrective actions

Review and approve submittals, RFIs, change orders, and pay applications Lead project meetings and provide clear communication and reporting to stakeholders Maintain accurate project documentation and records Oversee project closeout, including punch lists, inspections, and final documentation
