Entity & Corporate Management

• Oversee new entity formation and maintain all corporate, organizational, and compliance documentation.

• Coordinate with legal, tax, and third-party partners to support ongoing entity needs for real estate deals and investments.

Banking & Cash Operations

• Open and manage bank accounts across multiple properties and investment entities.

• Maintain strong relationships with banking partners and ensure smooth day-to-day banking operations.

• Monitor cash balances and execute transfers between management companies, property-level entities, and investment vehicles.

Cash Management & Reconciliation

• Perform monthly bank reconciliations for all entities.

• Maintain timely and accurate records of cash movements, debt service, capital contributions, and distributions.

Accounts Payable & Receivable

• Manage A/P and A/R across properties, management entities, and corporate accounts.

• Obtain CEO approvals, coordinate with vendors, and run bi-monthly payment cycles.

• Process ad-hoc or time-sensitive payments (checks, wires, ACH) as needed.

Bookkeeping & Financial Reporting

• Maintain dual books (cash and accrual) for multiple real estate entities.

• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial packages for review with the CEO and CIO.

• Provide clear reporting for portfolio reviews, lender requirements, and investor presentations.
