The Fund Accountant is responsible for the accurate and timely preparation, analysis, and review of fund financial information. This role oversees core fund accounting processes, ensures adherence to applicable accounting standards and regulatory reporting requirements, and supports overall fund operations through detailed financial analysis and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and finalize financial statements in accordance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory guidelines.

• Calculate and validate Net Asset Value (NAV) for assigned funds, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and proper documentation.

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, investment records, and supporting schedules.

• Monitor daily, monthly, and quarterly accounting workflows to ensure timely completion of reporting deliverables.

• Perform variance analysis, identify discrepancies, and resolve accounting issues proactively.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders—including auditors, administrators, and investment managers—to support financial reporting and audit processes.

• Ensure ongoing compliance with firm policies, industry regulations, and client reporting requirements.

• Assist in process improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and internal controls within the fund accounting function.
