Accounting & Financial Management

• Oversee and maintain the full QuickBooks Online environment

• Perform accurate classification, journal entries, and GL maintenance

• Manage monthly close, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation

• Conduct receipt audits and ensure expense accuracy

• Handle sales tax filings and compliance across shops

• Oversee payroll coordination for 3 shop managers + seasonal staff

Manufacturing & Inventory Accounting

• Own inventory accounting across 12 factories

• Track COGS, WIP, finished goods, and inventory variances

• Improve controls around purchasing, production runs, and material usage

• Partner with factory managers to validate reporting and accuracy

Operational Finance

• Analyze retail shop profitability and factory performance

• Support the owner with cash-flow forecasting and budgeting

• Identify process improvements and implement financial best practices

• Work directly with the in-house Designer on production cost planning
