Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple C-level and senior leadership searches simultaneously

• Drive client discovery sessions, defining role requirements and success profiles

• Advise clients on talent strategy, market conditions, and search best practices

• Oversee research, outreach, longlist/shortlist creation, interviews, and assessments

• Build strong, trusted relationships with senior executives and key stakeholders

• Present market insights and candidate evaluations based on rigorous assessment

• Mentor junior team members and contribute to process improvement

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in executive search or senior recruitment

• Proven track record managing VP/C-suite searches

• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment capabilities

• Excellent communication and client advisory skills

• Ability to manage ambiguity and multiple priorities in fast-moving environments

• Fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience serving international or corporate clients

• Familiarity with strategy, finance, or operations leadership roles

• Strong market-mapping and research leadership abilities

• Previous mentoring or team-lead experience
