A prominent Palm Beach family office is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Head of the Office in all daily operations. This role involves managing a complex calendar, coordinating travel and drivers, and serving as a key point of contact for clients and vendors. The ideal candidate is organized, service-oriented, and able to operate with discretion in a fast-moving environment.
Manage complex, high-volume scheduling across multiple time zones, ensuring seamless coordination for internal and external stakeholders.
Arrange end-to-end travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, itineraries, and contingency planning.
Oversee security coordination and protocol for high-profile individuals and events, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
Serve as primary point of contact for clients, executives, and VIPs, ensuring a polished and professional experience.
Prepare executive-level briefings, meeting materials, agendas, and follow-up action items.
