Source, evaluate, and execute acquisition opportunities with a primary focus on driving portfolio growth in industrial assets.

• Lead full-cycle deal execution including underwriting, financial modeling, due diligence, and investment committee presentations.

• Develop and maintain relationships with brokers, owners, lenders, and operating partners to generate proprietary and off-market deal flow.

• Analyze market trends, supply/demand dynamics, and asset-level fundamentals to inform acquisition strategy and pricing.

• Negotiate letters of intent, purchase and sale agreements, and coordinate with legal, finance, and third-party advisors through closing.

• Collaborate with asset management to support business plans, capital deployment, and value-creation initiatives post-acquisition.

• Monitor portfolio performance and provide ongoing reporting and insights to senior leadership and investors.

• Contribute to strategic planning, investment thesis development, and expansion of the firm’s industrial acquisition platform.
