Build and oversee a centralized Accounts Payable function supporting multiple SNF clients

• Manage high-volume invoice processing, coding, approvals, and timely payment execution

• Establish AP policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance

• Oversee vendor setup, W-9 collection, contract compliance, and vendor relationships

• Partner with facility administrators and corporate leadership to resolve invoice discrepancies

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, audit requirements, and company controls

• Implement and optimize AP systems, workflows, and automation tools

• Lead, mentor, and scale the AP team as the platform grows

• Produce AP aging, cash forecasting, and management reporting
