Our Boca Raton based client specializes in acquiring and managing manufactured housing communities in key growth markets across the Midwest and Southeast. They are looking for a full-time, on-site Acquisition Analyst (Boca Raton, FL). This person will play a key role in identifying and pursuing investment opportunities, conducting market research, and performing financial analysis.
Responsibilities include managing the acquisition process, conducting due diligence, building a robust pipeline of opportunities, and maintaining strong communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
Expertise in Acquisitions and conducting comprehensive market analyses
Strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners
Proven Analytical Skills for evaluating financial data and identifying investment opportunities
Experience in performing Due Diligence during high-value transactions
In-depth understanding of Finance concepts, including budgeting and valuation
Ability to work independently and manage complex projects
Prior experience in real estate or a related field is an advantage
Passion for Real Estate is a PLUS!
