What you'll actually do

• Review complex individual, business, and entity tax returns — and catch what the software missed
• Analyze financial statements and translate them into plain English your clients will actually understand
• Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for a portfolio of business clients — building real relationships, not just completing transactions
• Manage workflow and deadlines across a team — keeping everyone on track without losing your cool during busy season
• Proactively educate clients on tax-saving opportunities, planning strategies, and what's changing in their world
• Mentor and support junior staff — the kind of manager who helps people grow, not just delegates
• Handle real estate, small business, and medical/dental practice engagements with confidence
