You'll work directly with a portfolio of high-growth Pre-IPO and publicly traded clients, supporting them on complex accounting issues, SEC filings, and IPO readiness initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who wants broad client exposure, meaningful impact, and a clear path for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and/or review SEC filings, including 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, S-1, S-4, MD&A, and footnotes
• Lead or support technical accounting research and draft memos on complex topics (ASC 606, ASC 842, ASC 805, equity, derivatives, etc.)
• Assist with IPO readiness, audit preparation, internal controls, and reporting processes
• Work directly with client CFOs, Controllers, auditors, and legal teams
• Manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced advisory environment
• Depending on level, lead projects and mentor junior team members
