The Head of Growth will be responsible for identifying, launching, and scaling new ABA clinics across the United States. This role focuses on growth strategy, deal-making, partnerships, payer expansion, and M&A opportunities, ensuring the company successfully enters new states and accelerates clinic rollouts. You will own market selection, growth playbooks, competitive intelligence, and strategic relationships that fuel national expansion.

Market & State Expansion

  • Build and execute the company's multi-state expansion roadmap, identifying high-value new markets based on demographics, demand, payer attractiveness, and competitive gaps.
  • Conduct deep market analyses to determine clinic viability, projected caseloads, and payer dynamics.
  • Lead the regulatory and payer-readiness process for entering new states.

Clinic Growth & Launch Strategy

  • Develop replicable playbooks for launching new facilities including market validation, staffing models, payer readiness, and ramp-up forecasts.
  • Partner with operations to ensure clinics scale efficiently from opening to maturity.
  • Drive continuous optimization of growth KPIs including enrollment velocity and clinic ROI.

Business Development & Partnerships

  • Build and maintain relationships with referral networks, school districts, pediatricians, health systems, and community organizations.
  • Secure strategic partnerships that accelerate patient acquisition and market penetration.
  • Expand payer relationships to improve contracting opportunities in targeted states.

M&A & Strategic Investments

  • Source, evaluate, and model potential acquisitions including independent ABA providers and small clinic groups.
  • Lead financial analysis, due diligence, valuation, and integration recommendations for M&A.
  • Develop frameworks to assess joint ventures, tuck-in acquisitions, and de novo vs. buy decisions.

Growth Infrastructure & Analytics

  • Build dashboards and analytics to track performance of new markets, clinics, and acquisitions.
  • Develop forecasting tools for clinic ramp-up, state saturation mapping, and growth ROI modeling.
  • Translate data insights into executive recommendations to guide strategic decisions.
