Clinical Director, BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• You'll leverage internal and external resources and support of the performance of your role
• You'll provide clinical oversight and guidance to the clinic's BCBAs
• Manage clinic escalations
• Meet a small case load requirement
• Be present in the clinic 5 days a week working remotely on designated 'Flex Days'
• You'll work closely with Co-Founders on leadership responsibilities and meeting KPIs
• You'll hold bi-weekly 1:1 meetings (~15-30 minutes) with each BCBA in the clinic to offer support, coaching, oversight and feedback.
• You'll host a bi-weekly team meeting to align on goals, address needs, and build connection.
• Oversee the clinic's day to day
• You'll send out a monthly clinic update to your team, sharing key wins, progress towards the clinic's goals, shoutouts, and reminders.
• You will provide clinical oversight, including through parallel supervision, Learning Tree and Client Review meetings, and by upholding clinical standards.
• Provide other job functions as may reasonably arise in the performance of ABA duties, as directed by company management.
