BCBA/LBA - St. Louis Missouri
A growing ABA organization is seeking an experienced and compassionate BCBA/LBA to join the clinical team. This role involves providing high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children across home and school settings while collaborating closely with families, RBTs, and multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Oversee and supervise RBTs and/or behavior technicians, including ongoing training and performance feedback
- Deliver direct ABA services as needed and ensure treatment fidelity
- Monitor client progress through data collection, analysis, and program modification
- Collaborate with families, educators, and related service providers to support client goals
- Participate in IEP meetings, school consultations, and team meetings as required
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with BACB, state, and payer requirements
- Adhere to ethical standards and best practices as outlined by the BACB
